The people behind the projects
Meet the Team
The Paver Lady is a small, dedicated crew of landscape professionals who care deeply about craft, clients, and the Bay Area communities we work in.
Founder & Lead Designer
Jeanne Ernst
Jeanne founded The Paver Lady after 13 years working in landscape design and hardscaping across Marin and San Francisco Counties. She holds a Design License with the California Contractors License Board and brings a hands-on approach to every project — from the first site visit through the final walkthrough. Her work is rooted in a deep respect for California's climate, native plants, and the way people actually want to live outdoors.
The Team in the Field
Jeanne & Greg
Together, Jeanne and Greg bring decades of combined experience to every project. Greg, Philippe, and Rogerio each hold a California Contractors License — ensuring every installation is performed by fully licensed professionals. From the initial design consultation to the final stone set in place, the team works side by side to deliver results that are built to last and beautiful to live with.
How we work
Craft over shortcuts
Every project is built to last. We use quality materials, proven techniques, and take the time to do things right the first time.
Clear communication
You'll always know where your project stands. We keep clients informed at every stage — no surprises, no runaround.
Rooted in the Bay Area
We live and work here. We understand the microclimates, the soil, the fire codes, and the neighborhoods — and we bring that knowledge to every design.
Licensed and accountable
The Paver Lady is a fully licensed California contractor. Our clients can trust that every project meets code and is backed by a professional guarantee.
